At time of publishing this, my channel is just over 8 months old. One of my earlier videos was a gyro bowl. It's a family favorite for a reason and we eat it often. Not only is it full of vegetables, the kids can make it how they like, it's fast, it's healthy and it's delicious. Win, win, win, win. I did something I don't do very often and I rewatched the video I made.

Oh wow, you guys. You original subscribers, I just want to hug you so hard right now. I said UM So many times. So, so, so many times. The thing is, as I type this, I know (I hope?) that in a years time, even this video will want to make me cringe because that means I'm getting better. And that's the goal. I want to keep getting better at making videos and heck, even cooking, and I want for you the same. I want for you to improve your cooking skills too, or whatever your passion. I know a lot of people like to watch cooking videos and not actually cook and that is SO okay. My channel is about cooking, but it's not. It's about community, people, conversation. I'm working on conveying all that and I think my subbies are getting it and feeling it. I'm closing in on 500 subscribers and that blows my mind! THANK YOU to each and everyone of you.

Also, as a side note, I think this is my 100th video. Part of me wishes I'd have realized that sooner and I would have done a 100th special, but it's actually kind of neat that it randomly is a redo of one of my originals. Sometimes (oftentimes?) I'm not that organized, I just play at being organized.
