Meet Stu. Originally from the UK, he previously spent time working in Europe and Dubai, but for the past 11 years now, has called the big city of Bangkok home. Stu's story is interesting in that as part of his previous career in Finance, he found himself completely burned out at just 36 years old. Looking to change things up, he opted to relocate to Thailand back in 2013 and has since built an amazing Health & Wellness Business along side his wife Kam where they run Wim Hof Method Workshops and provide Ice Bath and Sauna Facilities to those living here. In this video, Stu shares why he chose to base himself in Thailand, what the process of setting up a legitimate Thai Company looks like, the power of lifestyle design and how that relates to his success here, and then one major flaw of Bangkok that most people only realize after moving here.
