STORYLINE
Tel is the smallest egg in the fridge, surrounded by actual eggs and always in danger of being cooked and eaten. He is scared of the same fate and resolved not to be like them. The homeowner's large hand one day reaches into the refrigerator to grab Tel. Tel is scared and scurries away to protect himself. He runs into a bowl of flour, hides in the vegetable drawer, and fights with a spatula trying to push him into the pan. Tel finds himself on the floor. All the other eggs think he is dead. But something unusual occurs. It appears that Tel is not really a real egg, after all. He is really a plastic ornament which had been mistakenly placed in the fridge. The other eggs are shocked. Tel finally realizes that he is special in his own way.
