In today's video from Pratical Knowledge, we'll cover four steps that can help us create better habits, and it will be based on James Clear's book, Atomic Habits.
This book has a lot to do with the feeling of "I need to change this..." or "I would love to do this..." but we ended up not being able to put it into practice
We even start a new routine like doing exercises, starting a diet program, or trying to study more but our motivation and willpower go down and we leave that habit.
The book then presents four steps so that we can both insert and maintain a new habit in our life, as well as avoid unwanted habits.
The four steps are:
1 - Cue;
2 - Craving;
3 - Response;
4 - Reward.
