In this video I decided to cut to the chase and talk about the concepts behind Energy Fighting. I discuss the advantages it gives you over "turnfighting" (historically known as Angle Fighting), explain the importance of using Indicated Air Speed, then show the effects a few simple maneuvers have on the speed of your plane.
This is very much an introduction. In the next video I'll look at climbing, then demonstrate a series of energy related maneuvers.
