MERCURE WARWICKSHIRE WALTON HALL HOTEL & SPA detailed room tour and review

Описание: The drive up to the grounds were somewhat spectacular! It was a 5 minute drive from the road leading up to the hotel.

Check in process was smooth and simple, with online check in available for a quicker in person check in.

We were staying in a suite which was approx a 5 minute walk from reception, in a separate area.
With free parking across the hotel it was easy to access.
Once in the room, it was a spacious suite with a four poster bed, fireplace and floor to ceiling windows for amazing views of the grounds.
Equipped with your usual tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a coffee machine with pods.
We also had a bottle of Prosecco chilled with ice and a bucket waiting for us with a note and some chocolates - this is an additional charge and well worth it.
The bathroom was spacious with underfloor heating which was an added bonus!

The breakfast was great, buffet style with lots of choices of cereal, cooked options and continental with a coffee machine and tea and coffee making facilities and juices.

Dinner was also good, portion sizes and flavours, you can prebook and pay for a dinner bed and breakfast option, however we just booked on the days we wanted dinner (both days). With plenty of seating options outside and inside, a lot of choice for meals and all very affordable.
The bar is well stocked with alcoholic and non alcoholic choices, as well as an option with separate meals for room service.

I did not have chance to visit the spa, but plan to on the next visit.

Overall a very pleasant stay and look forward to another visit in the near future!
