What to do with a double oscilator?

Hello!
These type of pendulums are also called as "two stage oscilators".
There are really cool and useful inventions have been made with this idea:

Another approach:

They are all work with the same principle:
Centrifugal effect of the pendulum's oscilation being used for generating a secondary oscilation, which can be put to work without disturbing the pendulum's swinging.
But I'm not interested in making it do work for me. Instead, I'm gonna try to make it work for 'itself' in order to automatically sustaine its operation.
