• You have not added your business to Google yet. If your business is eligible for a Google Business Profile, visit support.google.com/business/answer/2911778 to add or claim it following the given instructions.
• Pending verification or reviews. Some profile approvals require manual review. This is entirely normal. Your business will be visible to everyone after the verification process is completed.
• Your business profile may be marked closed. This mostly happens if you decide to re-open your business after closing. Visit support.google.com/business/answer/10417060 to view a guide through re-opening your Google business profile.
• Your profile may be suspended due to violation of Google's policies and guidelines.
• Your business doesn't show up on maps unless it is specifically searched for because it lacks a “place label.” You can't do anything to influence a change in place labels apart from following Google guidelines.
