There’s truly nothing more comforting than a hot bubbling baked lasagna made with homemade kheema and bechamel sauce , silky pasta and topped with melted mozzarella cheese !
Ingredients :
Finely chopped Onion 2 medium size
Grated Garlic cloves 3
Olive oil 1/4 th cup
Mutton kheema 500 GMs
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomato purée 2 cups
Coriander leaves chopped
Bechamel sauce :
Butter 3 to 4 tbsp
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Salt 1 pinch
Pepper 1 pinch
Lasagne 5 to 6 sheets
Need water , oil and salt to boil
Grated Mozzarella cheese .
