A is for Alerts: Turn on notifications in your phone settings for the NHS App, and within your NHS App settings. That way, you'll never miss a message or an urgent action like booking a blood test or submitting your blood pressure readings.

R is for Record: Once you've acted on those alerts, that information becomes part of R for Records. Every blood test result you book or blood pressure reading you submit is stored right here.

E is for Examine: having your GP health record at your fingertips is a great start, but it goes even deeper with E for Examine. You can view your full medical history, consultation notes, and immunisations without calling the surgery.
