This was one of the most humbling and brutal experiences of my life.

I set out on a mission to solo summit Mount Elbert, the highest peak in Colorado at 14,440 feet, after camping alone at 10,000 ft. I started the climb at 3:55 AM, battling freezing temps, brutal switchbacks, altitude exhaustion, and the mental challenge of pushing forward when everything in me wanted to quit.

But it wasn’t just the hike.
Editing this video pushed me to the edge—Final Cut crashed, my storage maxed out, and I had to run to Radio Shack to grab another SSD just to finish. Still, I promised a new video every Saturday… and here it is.
