Oh my gosh - if you love sheep and goat cheese - then watch these 4 minutes of pure joy.
We are here at Podere il Casale near Pienza in Tuscany. We have Ulisse describing the selection of Sheep and Goat cheese that he makes with his wife, Sandra, on their farm (estate).
They are one of just 2 or 3 farms remaining that still raise sheep for milk for cheese in the region: Pecorino Pienza is a DOP designated cheese and Ulisse and Sandra are some of the last farmer's to make it.
