Dimensions in this video:
This tutorial: Use 1 Sheet of 6x6 double-sided patterned paper to make 1 - A2 Card and 1 - 5x7 Card.
Tip: You can use single-sided paper, but use 2 different patterns to mix and match (or add the smallest scrap strip to the inside of the card (instead of the front of the A2 card) to avoid duplicate patterned paper overlapping.

Option 1: with layered cardstock mat on A2 card 
A2 Card dimensions:
--Large Cardstock Mat (Front and Inside) = 4"H x 5-1/4"W
--Smaller Patterned Paper Mat (Front) = 3-3/4"H x 5"W
--Small Scrap Strip (for Front or Inside) = 3-3/4"H x 1"W
5x7 Card dimensions:
--Patterned Paper Strip = 2-1/4"H x 6"W (will cut this in half @ 3" on 6" side)
--Watercolor mat = 4-1/2"x6" if cut from 9"x12" watercolor paper to maximize mat size)
--Alternative: Cardstock mat (Even borders on front):
-----Smallest Border = 4-1/2" x 6-1/2"
-----Medium Border = 4-1/4" x 6-1/4"
-----Largest Border = 4" x 6"

Rotate Paper once to the Right, With TOP of Paper to the RIGHT.
Cut @ 3-3/4" on 6" side (Top to the Right)
Large Paper Mat - Cut @ 5" on 6" side; remaining scrap will go on front or inside of card.
Large Paper Strip - Cut @ 3" on 6" side; will yield 2 even 3" segments to split on front of card.

Option 2: without layered cardstock mat on A2 card
A2 Card dimensions:
--Large Patterned Paper Mat (Front) (or inside white mat size) = 4"H x 5-1/4"W
--Small Scrap Strip (for Front or Inside) = 4"H x 3/4"W
5x7 Card dimensions:
--Patterned Paper Strip = 2"H x 6"W (will cut this in half @ 3" on 6" side)
--Watercolor mat = 4-1/2"x6" if cut from 9"x12" watercolor paper to maximize mat size)
--Alternative: Cardstock mat (Even borders on front):
-----Smallest Border = 4-1/2" x 6-1/2"
-----Medium Border = 4-1/4" x 6-1/4"
-----Largest Border = 4" x 6"
