Cheek Press works deep in the center of the face — where support, tension and downward pull often meet.
This exercise uses gentle inner resistance to activate the cheek and mouth muscles, helping to rebalance forces that can contribute to:
• loss of cheek support
• downward pull in the lower and mid face
• tension around the mouth area
It’s not about forcing movement or chasing instant results.
It’s about awareness, control, and consistency — and understanding how facial muscles work together.
