Thanks to the great HIGHLANDER adventure team who invited me to spend the past three days at Highlander, an increasingly popular event that started in Croatia and quickly spread to many foreing countries.

I parked in Senj under the beautiful Nehaj fortress, from where buses took us to Zavižan. This year, about 600 adventurers signed up for Highlander, so the event gained a super social dimension. Not everyone left at the same time, so there was no crowd, just good energy.
