as i made this, i imagined the first half was sang by furina, and the second by focalors (even though the lyrics don't exactly reflect that)
also, the OST name is "pluie sur la ville" - it means "rain on the city" in french, and plays in fontaine's archon quests/neuvi's story quest when it's raining :')
