MATERIALS:
Canvas: 16x20 stretched primed canvas
Brushes: 1/2 inch flat bristle brush, #6 round, #2 round brush
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, fire red, cobalt blue
Other: cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint the sky with black and white
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint the first layer of the ground with gray and white
3. #2 round brush - Paint the Eiffel Tower with black
4. #6 round brush - Paint the texture on the ground with black, gray and white
5. #6 round brush - Paint the tree trunks with black
6. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint first layer of the leaves on trees with black
7. #6 round brush - Paint the colored part on the ground with red and blue
8. #2 round brush - Paint the highlight on the tower with white
9. #2 round brush - Paint the birds with black, white, blue and red
10. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Finish the tree tops with red, blue and white
11. #2 round brush - Signature with black

FRENCH BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE
Ingredients
2/3 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 2 egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and salt. Cool dough in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°. Roll dough out to 1/4-in. thickness. Cut with 2-in. round cookie cutter. Place 1 in. apart on prepared baking sheet. Whisk remaining egg yolk and water; brush over cookies. Create a cross-hatch or dotted design on the top of the cookie.
3. Bake until edges are light golden, 12-15 minutes.
