Описание: 37 Minute Norwegian 4x4 Cardio HIIT Workout - Burn 334 Calories*
I really am enjoying these HIIT workouts lately. I mean, they're tough, don't get me wrong, but the afterburn and the endorphins are fabulous! I did one of these about a month ago, but this time, I am adding a longer low impact or light cardio warm up, to make sure we can really push it during the Sprint Intervals.

Format: start - 10 minute light or low impact cardio
4 Minute HIIT interval with a 3 minute low impact recovery. (4 rounds)
