"I am very proud to present my arrangement of 'Magnetic Rag'. This arrangement is based on the version by John Knowles and recorded by Chet Atkins. I built upon this rendition and tried to make it as close to the piano version as possible, including adding the final minor section before the return to the A section.

Being one of the last of Joplin's rags, I thought it fitting to sign off the year with this one. This marks the halfway point of the first volume of these songs, and I thank everyone for watching this year and following the journey. I hope you all have a lovely holiday period and I look forward to returning with more Scott Joplin pieces in the new year!"
