Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has accused the Congress of pushing Parliament to the brink of disorder by circulating footage from the February 4 Lok Sabha session. According to Rijiju, Congress women MPs disrupted proceedings before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sceduled reply to the President’s Address by entering the well of the House with placards and moving across benches towards the Prime Minister’s seat.
