• 📝 Ingredients:
• 1 cup finely chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• ½ lemon juice
• Fresh coriander
👩🍳 Quick Method:
1️⃣ Mix garlic + chilli powder + coriander powder + salt + little water.
2️⃣ Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
3️⃣ Add garlic paste & cook on medium flame until oil separates.
4️⃣ Add lemon juice & fresh coriander, mix well.
5️⃣ Serve with hot parathas 🥙🔥
