Footage from August 1986 in Claremorris with returning pilgrims from Knock Shrine preparing to board and depart on 4 specials from the County Mayo town.
Footage includes
155 & 141 departing Platform 2 for Balbriggan via Mullingar
165 & 148 departing Platform 1 for Cork via Athenry
035 entering Platform 3 with a Limerick bound special
158 & 172 stabled on the Kiltimagh line and arriving onto Platform 1 with a Waterford bound special via Kildare
142 (station pilot) stabled in the freight yard - Ballina branch passenger
072 arriving into Platform 2 with the regular Westport to Dublin Heuston passenger.
The final scene shows a south bound Knock special to Limerick near Ballyglunin .
