Simple "How To" video showing how to change a tool in a bench mill. In this case a R8 collet holding a 5/8" Drill Chuck.
The HiTorque 6770 Bench Mill featured has a factory installed Spindle Lock that disengages power and locks spindle leaving your hands free to deal with drawbar and tool change.

The process has the following main steps:
1. Turn off machine power
2. Lock spindle (use locking pin if needed)
3. Unscrew drawbar (a slight tap at end may be required to fully disengage from collet or another tool holder)
4. "Catch" tool/toolholder as it drops from spindle and replace with new desired tool
5. Ensure tool/toolholder is properly seated in spindle
6. Re-engage drawbar by screwing into tool toolholder thread.
7. DONE
