I was always confused why I had abs but they looked like they had a bloated look to them. Thanks to @bodmechanic and youtube itself, I've figured out why. It's due to the fact that my pelvis is anteriorly tilt. Weak abs, glutes, adductors, tight calfs and over-active hip flexors are due to the reason. Therefore, every leg day from here on out I'm going out to fix this. Operation fix myself is in full affect.
