This video contains two tests (16 and 17 questions) with descending intervals played with a Fender Rhodes piano sound. The intervals are played twice and then the answer is revealed; both spoken and in standard notation.
For advanced ear training students. Each chord shares a note or one of the notes moves by step to the next chord - so your test is to not only identify the interval, but to also name the notes being played.
