Описание: The head of Palantir in the UK, Louis Mosley, has defended the US tech company’s involvement with NHS Trusts after criticism from some MPs.

Speaking to Vicki Young on BBC Two’s Politics Live, Mosley said that if Palantir did anything illegal with patient data, “we would lose our business in this country”, and added “it would be very difficult to tell patients in this country that their operations have to be delayed because you have a political problem with the supplier.”

The Executive Director of Tax Justice UK, Faiza Shaheen, said there are lots of other companies which could provide similar services who “don’t have this deeply immoral approach in the way they do their business”.
