In our shop we've made three simple jigs for building cornhole boards.

By using these jigs to assemble your cornhole boards you can get proper placement of your parts on each board that you make. If you are building cornhole boards to sell it is important that you products looks good and by using jigs you can do so.
We use 1x4 in our frame construction and we built out jigs for those dimensions. You can modify to fit your needs.
