Tower of Externalizing Insanity (ToEI) by Crimzenith is a peak extreme tower (9.95 difficulty) in ring 8, it's the hardest extreme in all of Eternal Towers of Hell (EToH), it used to be bottom terrifying but has since switched to peak extreme, probably because of its permanent net at floor 6 & 10.
(NOTE: this description was written on 10/12/2025 dd/mm/yy, some of the things mentioned might be outdated.)
OPINION/EXPERIENCE: this tower is really bad, the first half is good but it just gets worse the more you progress. Tower of Hopeless Hell (ToHH) is probably a better choice, i
