Far East Gold Ltd Chief Executive Officer Shane Menere talked with Proactive about the company’s resumption of diamond drilling at the Mount Clark West copper-gold project in central Queensland, alongside strong progress at the Idenburg gold project in Papua, Indonesia.
Far East Gold Ltd has recommenced drilling at Mount Clark West following wet-season interruptions in December and January, with site conditions now stabilised and full land access secured. Menere explained that the current program is designed to properly test what the company believes is a large-scale porphyry copper system, with drilling targeting depths of up to 600 metres.
