NCAA is the only rulebook to explicitly state, "bat flips near or toward an opponent or umpire" qualify as discipline-worthy unsportsmanlike conduct (NFHS prohibits undirected "carelessly throw a bat", OBR does not address this point). The penalty for the first violation of ANY unsportsmanlike conduct violation in college is a warning. Any subsequent violations no matter what type result in an ejection from the game.
