PORK BELLY ADOBO SA PINEAPPLE JUICE
is a recipe for Filipino. It is a dish composed of pork or chicken slices cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, onions and garlic. In this version I used Pineapple Juice instead of vinegar.
Ingredients:
• 700 grams Pork Belly
• 2 small cans Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 + 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 2 medium Onions
• 1 tbps Whole Peppercorn
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 Broth Cube
• 2 cups boiled water
• pcs Bay Leaves
