Taipei Taoyuan Airport is an incredible place with a huge diversity of airlines. TPE is home base for airlines such as Eva Air, China Airlines, Tiger Air Taiwan and most recently Starlux. This video was filmed back in 2019 on a layover in TPE so there is some airlines included that don't exist anymore but also aircraft that don't fly to TPE anymore. I filmed this from the hotel balcony in the afternoon and morning of my layover and was delighted by all the new and interesting planes I was able to catch, including the China Airlines 747-400 when it still flew passenger flights.

Later this year we have plans to update our TPE catalogue and also film more at the secondary airport in Taiwan, TSA Songshan Airport. Be on the lookout for these videos around the middle of the year!
