Sky News contributor Sophie Elsworth claims UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is on “borrowed time” as he faces calls for him to resign.
Scottish Labour Leader Anas Sarwar has called for Mr Starmer to step down.
Mr Starmer has been under increasing pressure after it was revealed former ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson had close ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
“There is no doubt Sir Keir Starmer is in serious trouble here ... and it’s unlikely that he will stay as prime minister by time the next election is due in 2029,” Ms Elsworth told Sky News Australia.
“There is no doubt his job is in jeopardy, and there’s plenty of others wanting to take his position.”
