This 2015 Cannondale Trigger features the unique Lefty fork and a Fox "pull-shock." It’s in the workshop to address a noisy bottom bracket, poor braking, and worn headset bearings plus a dropper install.
In this video, I walk through the process of replacing PF30 nylon cups in a carbon frame and tackling a Lefty headset bearing change for the first time—all without the official "Ernie" specialty tool. Things got interesting during the test ride when the aluminium crank bolt sheared off, requiring a bit of extra extraction work.
