ATF released their Final Rule on Stabilizing Braces on January 13, 2023. In this video, we discuss how the Final Rule will affect anyone who currently possesses a firearm configured with a stabilizing brace. At this time of filming this video, the Final Rule has not been published in the Federal Register. Once published, you will have 120 days from that date to come into compliance with ATF’s Final Rule before ATF will actively start arresting and prosecuting those who choose not to comply. This video supplies the information needed for an individual to make an educated decision on what to do with their stabilizing braces.
