Rust custom brush Photoshop tutorial

Описание: How to create a rust effect custom Photoshop brush to speed up your work flow. In the video I show you how to make this custom brush for adding rust onto metal surfaces at the end of the video we take a quick look at using the brush using a multiply layer for some darker rust followed by some lighter contrasting rust. For my example I painted a hammer to apply rust to, this was just to demonstrate the brush, I will probably use it more on things like armour personally. :)

There are endless possibilities and results you could create with a brush like this, there is no right or wrong way so this is just an example.

What other videos or custom brushes do you guys want to see in the future?

I am using Photoshop CS6 for my digital painting but the brush creation process should be the same in other versions. I am using a graphics tablet in the video but this brush can be created even with a mouse as there are no settings that require pressure sensitivity.
