Hello all, the last detail of 2015 and what a car to bow out on!!! This brand new BMW M4 convertible in sakir orange was booked in for a massive detail even thought the owner didn't have the car yet, ordered it and then booked a detail! Good idea if I'm honest! The video is a must see as the colour now looks absolutely beautiful and was quite an involved process, two Kamikaze coatings, wheels off, etc etc.

Here's a run down of the detail.

Full wash, decontamination and clayed using Auto Finesse and Power Maxed products. Car was pat dried and all shuts etc blown out with compressed air.

Engine bay cleaned and protected with Aerospace 303. The carbon fibre strut brace was given a layer of Kamikaze Infinity wax.

Two stage machine polishing process with an extended time on refinement - mainly because I was obsessing over the colour haha! IPA wipedown followed as usual.

First stage of protection - Kamikaze Miyabi glass coating for paintwork. Left to cure overnight. Second stage of protection - Kamikaze Infinity wax applied the following day. Left to cure overnight.

All wheels taken off, tyres dressed inside and out with Tufshine Clearcoat and sealed inside and out with Gtechniq Exo. Calipers sealed with Gtechniq Exo. Inner arches cleaned and dressed.

The BMW centre badges where realigned with the M logo badges on the rims and all wheels were then mounted back onto the M4 symmetrically all round. All BMW logos now sit vertically and in line with the front and rear badges and wheel spokes point in the same direction all round. Got to do it proper! Wheels torqued to factory specs.

Exterior glass - protected with Gtechniq Exo.

Interior - fully vacuumed and carpets wet vacced with stripe effect, leather cleaned and treated with Gtechniq L1. Inner glass cleaned with Auto Finesse Crystal.
