Hey, welcome to my channel!
This is video for flaky pie dough. Here is the recipe for one pound of lard that makes 2 9" double pie shells or 24 tart shells
6 cups of all purpose
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. White Sugar
1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Cold Water
Bake at 425 degrees for 5-10 minutes to allow the pastry to steam and become flaky, then lower your temperature to 350 degrees for the remaining bake time.
Note: I like to pre-make my tart shells and freeze them :)
