Day 1 of Jamuary 2026 "Calm into Chaos" | Tonverk, Artemis

Описание: Jamuary 2026 Day 1! Happy New Year everyone :) #Jamuary is upon us! If you aren't aware, it is a tradition where for the month of January, people try to make and post one short jam a day for all 31 days (or as much as you can). This will be my 7th year in a row, usually hitting all days most years! In addition its the 5th in a row using the prompts from the collab between my beloved ‪@petitevictorycollective‬ and our wonderful friends at ‪@HardwareJams‬ :)

I am thinking I might skip prompts more often this year and just focus on making jams, but I'll try to follow as many as I can. Today's prompt is "Calm into Chaos". This one doesn't get TOO chaotic, but a bit towards the very end, but I just needed to shake off some rust from this slow month.

I'll be using the Tonverk and Artemis together all month! Trying this more minimal setup and I have a feeling it will do very well!

Artemis has the lovely arp (just using a preset and tweaking from there), and the Tonverk has a multisample pad as well as the percussion and FX of course!

Really love the new "shape machine" letting the sidechain ducking be perfectly crafted how you want with the busses.

Onto day 2!
