GE Profile Refrigerator PFS22SISCSS failed after a power outage. Lights were on but display was not lit and it was not cooling. Fan was not running. Compressor not running. No noise. This is a double-door refrigerator with freezer on the bottom.

After attempting the Start Relay replacement, the Main control or circuit board was replaced instead. Information on the relay switch, display board and light bulb access are also shown during troubleshooting.
