I'm working two jobs rn and since I'm a lazy bitch it's killing me and my only emotion is: tired. plus birthday week is coming up and my full focus should be on that.
but man, these two are the only thing that puts my mind at ease at the moment. it's not like this is any news since I've been following their journey since 2009 (!!!) and I grew up watching them change german television and change each other for the better. it's hard to explain this to any non-germans, but joko and klaas are literally two of the most famous people in the whole country. everyone knows them, people usually either love them or hate them for the insane shit they like to pull on a daily basis and they have come SUCH a long way since they first started hosting their first show. so whenever they have a new season of one of their shows, I fall back into my obsession for them for a couple of weeks. JK time is the best time, always.
watching them from the start is basically like experiencing an enemies to best friends slow burn, just in real life. it's insane how much their relationship developed over time, how they went from 'rivals' to partners, how they used to compete in all of their shows and now they're a team and they know every single thing about the other person. they have a once in a lifetime relationship and it's everything tbh.

this is short and messy, but I just love seeing them mess around and make the other laugh, it's honestly like an instant serotonin boost. they give me comfort, they make me smile and I'm not sure what I'd do without them.
I've had this edit 'almost finished' since last autumn and then lost the project, but didn't give up on it and just added all the new content and now i'm glad it's finally done and I can move on.
they once made a lip sync video to this song and now the kids i'm minding watch it obsessively and it'll forever be connected to them, like so many other things are.
