Ep.9 | Living with the Flow of Life | Tofo Mozambique

Описание: When we came back from the Safari in South Africa, we also took that chance to buy a lot of good and cheap stuff, that we wouldn’t usually get, bc it’s high on import costs in Mozambique. I just wanted to show you the treasures that I got from this trip.
In South Africa we stayed at a Moringa Farm, so I really wanted to get it’s oil, bc it is really good for a lot of things, for example your hair, skin and overall health.
Then we drove with two cars and 8 people to Tofo, which is around 9 hours North of Maputo. This Roadtrip was one of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever did: Hours of driving through palm forests and views on the bright blue ocean.
In Tofo we stayed in this wonderful place called Mango Lodge. We had a big Bungalow with a bbq area, a nice kitchen and bar, several rooms with huge comfy beds and only a few meters walk over the dunes to the Ocean. I was so happy to be back by the sea out of that City life.
Everytime I’m by the Ocean, I feel so free. I feel like I can be fully, truly myself and bloom into my highest being. I can spent hours watching the waves, searching for rocks and pretty shells and just walking along the shore, being fully present.
We also watched Sunrises over the ocean, which was absolutely stunning– a new day, a new beginning, just letting Life unfold.
I had an appointment with the Manager of Turtle Cove, a Lodge and Yoga Shala in Tofo, so that I might could work there, but we had a misunderstanding and I felt really frustrated so
I ended up driving back to Maputo with the others, but in this thick sand we had a lot of problems with our cars. They have been stuck, one part of the car broke while we tried to drive over the hill and then we got a flat tire. Luckily the people here are always helping out, with everything they got. Travelling here is different, but what you learn from it is, that you learn to be patient and surrender to situations with faith.
After my favourite puppy died and after I got the message of this Manager, that I could come back to Tofo, I decided that it was time to open a new chapter and drove back again. And ofc that Trip was wild. First 8 hours with a broken bus, then a small boat ride with 50 ppl on board, a bumpy chopella ride into Tofo and then finally arriving at Turtle Cove Lodge & Shala. This place it not only home and workplace, it feels like a fairytale garden, so I’m gonna show you around in this Vlog. Remember when I said I miss the forest in my last vlog? This place feels like the manifestation becoming reality. I love to ground my bare feet into the grass and walk the many pathways that lead through the Tree garden.
The Yoga Shala right next to the Bungalow, so that I get up in the morning and only walk a few steps to enter the Shala space.
I am so thankful for this new chapter, for new friends and our home: Turtle Cove in Tofo, a place where magic happens.
