Built by Lennar and completed around 2024, Avila features spacious two-story homes set along a scenic hillside north of Avenida Rancho Tesoro. In this 2026 update, you'll see many homes are now fully landscaped, with some homeowners adding built-in pools and creating private backyard retreats. You'll also get a look at the nearly completed HOA recreation area known as The Retreat, expected to open in the summer of 2026.
