In fact, he's turning the useful chemicals in leafy vegetables like 🥬✨ xiao bai cai✨ 🥬 into a food additive that's able to replicate the look, cook, smell and taste of animal meat.
Called 'VEME', and developed by Max Tham and his team at tHEMEat Company, this food additive won them the inaugural DBS Foundation x NEA Hungry for Change Challenge, the second edition of which is open for applications till 31 Oct.
