A couple of gentle and easy postures (yoga asana) to help you when you’re feeling stressed, panicked, or suffering from racing thoughts. The movement is purposefully slow and grounding, offering you movement to help move your nervous system to your rest and digest state of calm.
We finish with a few chimes of the singing bowl for ultimate relaxation.
Nothing needed- just a little bit of space (on the floor, on your mat, in bed).
Suitable for anyone who feels heightened and needs to calm down a little.
