This is like that guide video I did a few years ago but without the omniscient voice from above sadly :P
I show you each run from the pre-lap method so you can understand how to start with enough speed. The best example is the 3rd run. You have to place the Rig as far right on that very first rock after the line as you can, without hitting the raised part. Use NEB until your front wheels hit the water and start boosting then. The faster you fly through the line, the earlier your nose will drop into the water. The start of my 3rd run was almost perfect, except when I went up the small wooden ramp exiting the first water, my nose didn't drop, probably because I was too far right and should have been a little more central. It would have, otherwise, probably been a perfect start, as you can see how quickly my 53.02 ghost falls behind almost instantly.
My 1st run would have actually had a really nice final shortcut, but I pressed R1 so early upon landing that my back wheels hadn't even landed, and that's why my 53.08 ghost exited tighter. I only needed to wait a fraction longer before pressing R1 to equal my 53.08 ghost there. At least it demonstrates how to use a little boost effectively to turn the nose round before dropping through the shortcut. It's not easy!
The method for the 2nd split / 3rd split change is to boost out of the 2nd split water, don't max out, use NEB, then save for a second, but you don't need a lot, boost half way through that water, max out, use the Motion Sensor to save yourself if necessary, finish with an R1 Slam, and finally hit the accelerator again during the small air time you receive entering the bridge. My current 53.02 ghost has terrible line through there and is weaving all over the place haha ... try and keep it smooth!
It's a fun combo and the 2nd-lap start isn't actually too bad ... I enjoy making use of a route that's never used for anything else. As shown, the pre-lap set up isn't greatly important, just make sure you have that empty tank of boost ready for the cascading corner and you have a chance of attaining the necessary speed if you get the line right.
