A #palletdestacker or #palletstacker (also called a #palletdispenser or #palletmagazine ) is used in a #pallet handling system for accumulation or #dispensing of #emptypallets onto or from your conveyor line or as a stand-alone unit. Yupack pallet stacker’s can be designed for use with either pallet roller conveyors or pallet chain conveyors. There are 2 variations of #palletstackers that can be used on a production line to accumulate or distribute pallets
Pallet Stacker – Accepts #individualpallet from an in-feed conveyor after depolarizing. It will #stack the pallets for removal by a fork lift or Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV)
A Pallet Destacker works in reverse. A full stack of pallets is brought to the destacker by a fork lift and the machine releases a single pallet at a time via a pallet conveyor. This is generally used in palletizing areas where the #destacker will feed empty pallets to an automatic palletizer or palletizing robot.
They can be used as free-standing units for #stacking or #destacking pallets during manual handling or hand palletizing. They can also be placed over a conveyor line and incorporated into online operations

Machine Characteristics:
1. Adopt intelligent HMI to control & display machine running action status and with alarm function in real time.
2. Through multiple buffer design to realize running smoothly, and minimize the possibility of injury to the products.
3. Packing speed is adjustable (controlled by frequency converter).
4. Equipped with the safety protection function of accidental door opening. When the machine under running state , the machine stops and gives an alarm, and the indicator light flashes if accidental open the door.
