[Instructor] Ulnar radial deviation.
To perform this exercise, begin in a seated position.
Place the forearm of the affected side on a table or armchair, with the hand off the edge and the thumb pointing up.
Next, gently move the hand up and down as demonstrated.
Perform 1 set of 10 repetitions, twice a day, five days a week.
