I rode my Flevotrike recumbent to Belgium. The Vennbahn is a bicycleroute route through the Belgian Ardennes. It's a former railroad that leads from Aachen in Germany to Troisvierges in Luxemburg. Because it's a former railroad, the elevation is about 3-4% on average and therefore it's not hard to cycle.
The total distance is about 120 kilometres. There is a lot to see and there are many campsites and restaurants along the route. It's perfect of you want to make a nice trip during a weekend.
