A year ago, the yacht was in **a rough state**—old, worn, and in desperate need of love. Now, after countless hours of work, sweat, and problem-solving, we are finally at the **rebuilding stage**.

*Removing & Replacing – The First Steps*

We started by **stripping everything down**. The yacht had layers of old installations, outdated wiring, and structural parts that needed attention. The biggest challenges included:
*Removing the thick deck section* at the front, which required us to take out the railing first.
*Fixing welding issues* to reinforce the structure before moving forward.
*Sorting through materials* left from the previous owner—some useful, some needing disposal.

Every step was a learning experience, and sometimes it felt like for every part we removed, we discovered *two more issues* hidden beneath. But progress kept us motivated!

Not everything got easier, though! We had to *disconnect the boiler**, meaning **no more hot water* on board. That made things messy and uncomfortable, but for now, fixing the yacht's structure took priority over convenience.

At this stage, we focused on preparing for **new installations**—making space for an updated plumbing system, ensuring water lines were correctly placed, and planning for future improvements.
